Welcome to Lone Survivors. By accessing our website, Discord community, Rust servers, or store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are
Lone Survivors operates community Rust game servers and a related web store at lonesurvivor.online. Store payments are processed by Tebex on our behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Steam and Tebex in your region. By signing in with Steam, you confirm that you own the Steam account used and that you are allowed to make purchases.
3. Community & server rules
- Do not cheat, hack, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party software.
- Do not grief in ways banned by server rules (including prohibited raiding methods where applicable).
- Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players or staff.
- Do not spam, advertise competing servers, or scam players.
- Follow staff instructions. Decisions may be made to protect the community.
Breaking these rules may result in kicks, bans, package removal, or denial of service without refund where allowed by law.
4. Virtual goods & ranks
Purchases from our store grant virtual, non-transferable in-game benefits (such as ranks and packages) linked to your Steam account. These are licenses to use digital content on our servers — not physical goods, and not ownership of Rust or Facepunch content.
Ranks and packages may change, be rebalanced, or be removed as we update the servers. We will try to give reasonable notice for major changes.
5. Payments
All payments are handled by Tebex. By checking out you also agree to Tebex’s terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
6. Refunds
Because purchases are digital and delivered to a Steam account, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for details. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of packages and/or a ban.
7. Accounts & sign-in
Website sign-in uses Steam via Tebex. You are responsible for activity on your Steam account. Do not share accounts or attempt to transfer packages between Steam IDs without staff approval.
8. Availability
Servers, the website, and store features are provided “as is.†We may take servers offline for wipes, maintenance, or emergencies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Survivors and its staff are not liable for loss of progress, items, ranks, data, profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of our servers, Discord, or store.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site, store, or servers after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
