This Privacy Policy explains what information Lone Survivors collects when you use our website, store, Discord, and Rust servers, and how that information is used.
1. Information we collect
- Steam account data — Steam ID, persona name, and avatar when you sign in (via Steam / Tebex).
- Purchase data — packages bought, basket identifiers, and related transaction metadata processed by Tebex.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic request logs needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
- Cookies / local storage — session cookies for sign-in, and local storage for cart contents on your device.
- Game server data — in-game identifiers and gameplay data required to operate Rust servers (for example, to deliver ranks).
2. How we use information
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in on the website.
- To create checkout baskets and deliver store packages to the correct Steam account.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and game servers.
- To enforce rules, investigate abuse, and respond to support requests.
3. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the community:
- Steam / Valve — account authentication and identity.
- Tebex — store checkout, payments, and package delivery. Payment card details are handled by Tebex / their processors, not stored on our servers.
- Discord — community chat if you choose to join our guild.
- Hosting / analytics providers — server hosting and basic uptime monitoring.
Those services have their own privacy policies. We only share what is needed to provide the feature you requested.
4. Cookies
We use an HttpOnly session cookie (rb_session) to remember your Steam sign-in. Your browser may also store cart items locally. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and clear the local cart.
5. Retention
We keep account and purchase-related records for as long as needed to deliver packages, handle disputes, meet legal obligations, and operate the servers. Game logs may be rotated or deleted on a regular schedule.
6. Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from the website navigation.
- You can request deletion or correction of website profile data by contacting us on Discord (note: ban / purchase records may be retained where required).
- You can stop using our services and leave the Discord server.
7. Children
Our services are intended for users who meet Steam’s age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required in their region.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated†date at the top will change when we do.
